A total of 10 restaurants have been awarded 11 Michelin stars in this year’s ceremony. The VORO restaurant in the Cap Vermell Gran Hotel has retained its two-star rating.

Mallorca’s Green Michelin Stars

Demonstrating local island chefs’ commitment to sustainable produce, there are three Green Michelin starred restaurants in Mallorca:
