Mallorca emerging as a centre for holistic wellbeing in the Mediterranean

Yoga en plena naturaleza, Finca Serena, Mallorca, oasis de turismo de bienestar

Since the pandemic, travellers have become increasingly interested in wellness visits, as many now want to recharge and focus on their mental health. According to the CBI Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a holistic approach to wellness is becoming increasingly popular with Europeans. Busy daily lifestyles together with the after-effects of the pandemic can make people feel disconnected, burnt-out and unhealthy and for this reason there’s growing interest by travellers to challenge themselves to develop both physically and mentally to prepare themselves for daily homelife.

Mallorca is increasingly being recognized as a leading destination in the Mediterranean for wellness retreats offering the ideal environment for visitors who wish to reconnect with themselves and nature and to enjoy the island’s tranquility.
