Mallorca’s British chef, Marc Fosh, first won a Michelin star for his restaurant in 2002 comments; “The island’s gastronomy tourism is becoming increasingly important and the fact that we now have four Michelin star restaurants in Palma is great news for the capital. I am surrounded by outstanding local talent creating excellent cuisine with premium local produce and I am sure there will be more additions to the list next year”.
